3CX Helpdesk in V18 or Not

Hi 3cx Team,

I want to know that will 3cx helpdesk/ticketing software includes the V18 Final release or not?

It won't be no. It will probably be added in a later update. For now, the features for V18 U0 are completed (Teams integration, new DesktopApp, etc.) and nothing will change except bug fixes by the time it gets officially released.
