Solved 3CX hosted instance offline

I have a 3cx hosted instance i was working with last night but this morning the page is inaccessible. It is not connected to Instance manager yet so i cannot see it's status there. Is there a way i can check the status of any problems with 3cx's hosting somewhere?

Edit: I just used the new beta portal and it says the status is Currently Parked/Stopped.

You may get a quicker response by opening a support ticket with license or fqdn details of the server

Thank you. I was able to unpark it. It seemed odd that it parked itself since I was just using it yesterday during setup. You can mark it solved

@Scott Inderlied I have found the machine and the key which is bound to it.
As I can see we have sent an email at 24/10/2021 with title " 3CX | Meeting your active usage requirements " to the admin email of the PBX but this was bounced due to delivery failure on your SMTP.
550 5.7.193 UnifiedGroupAgent; Delivery failed because the sender isn't a group member or external senders aren't permitted to send to this group.
Either enable your Group to be public or you may change the Admin email on this PBX.

Then as I can see yes the machine was parked and you unparked it.
