we have a dns problem at our 3cx-hosted-pbx; we also tried locally, configuring the sip-provider manually on a smartphone, and there are no problems with the provider; we also contacted the provider, and there seems to be no problem at all; I looked at something like "restart service" in this hosted solution, but didn't find it;
most of the trunks are with this provider, so it's a great problem to us; how is this to be solved?

Hello @AthenaX

What is the issue exactly? Are you getting an error when trying to register the provider or are you having issues with outbound calls? Is the PBX hosted by 3CX or is it running on your Google Instance?
You can restart services by clicking the Services tab on the Dashboard.

trunk provider cannot register

"Registration at xxxx.has failed. Destination (sip:[email protected]:5060) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available."

it seems the server of 3cx cannot work correctly with "voip.eutelia.it" (it's the only provider which hasn't been working since yesterday in the afternoon); but voip.eutelia.it works fine if I configure it on a smartphone or a ip-phone directly, without using 3cx;
it's the first time we have this issue ... the sip-provider was configured 10 months ago on 3cx and was always working correctly;
how can we solve this?
thanks!

ok, found the problem ... it was a blacklisting problem, probably due to a problem of CloudItaliaOrchestra; thanks for the help anyway!

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution
