Solved 3CX Image on AWS GovCloud Marketplace

Hi there -

I will be deploying 3CX on AWS GovCloud but could not find the image on the marketplace. I saw it is available on regular AWS marketplace and it works right away. If I have to deploy it manually on AWS GovCloud using EC2, can someone share the process? Or should I just contacted 3CX to list the image on AWS GovCloud?

3CX doesn't support manual installs. I'm not sure if the deployment through the portal supports AWS GovCloud but if it does then that would be the easiest. Otherwise you can try asking 3CX to get the image listed

@erwan888 Yes indeed we do not have an image in AWS GovCloud marketplace as this is a more restricted area for US customers. I can understand your concern about this but at the moment this is option is not available.
What I would recommend it so use 3cx Wizard from your partner portal and if you select Self Host and specify your Access Key ID and Secret Access Key and then setup your machine :

I am not in place to know if in the AWS GovCloud same scenario as normal AWS applies, but I would recommend to give it a try as this will only take 2 min from your time. If credentials work, then you are good to go!!

I believe I have tried it before posting here. The credential that I created on GovCloud would not work or pass on 3cx wizard. The moment I put credentials from regular AWS on 3cx wizard, it straight gave me the option to select the region. I am hoping 3cx can post the image on GovCloud marketplace too. Saw some other PBX available there.
