I wish to make use of the windows event viewer to send an email when the 3CX has a problem. Trouble is I do not have a list of the numbered events that 3CX can generate. As I have had the main SIP trunk go up and down I have the events for these and there is a nice wizard to turn an alarm into an event trigger. This only works if you already have had that fault.
I do not what to "wreck" an installation just to get a fine set of numbers, is there a list around at all?
Failing which could this thread be used to "collect" the major alarms. A given extension failing to register or a caller hanging up before talking might not make the list but I sure there are other things you like like to be aware of before the customer!
