Hello everything is fine?

When clicking the update button, it takes you to the login page and does not update.

My 3CX is hosted in my cloud, I uploaded the instance myself.

Has anyone ever experienced this ?

Current version: 18

you should check the email you get stating why the update failed or look at the logs.

No email arrived and I couldn't find any relevant logs.

@ViniciusBaenas Do you generally receive emails ok from this instance? Go to MC > Settings > Email and test the smtp, check if you get the email.

When clicking the update button, it takes you to the login page
This part is normal, 3CX immediately logs you out without any sort of message. It should however, upgrade in the background. It may take a while since it has two Debian upgrades to install, and it should email a notification after.

You might review https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/v20-beta1-upgrade/. (V20 Version Upgrades - Top Reasons for Aborting)
