Imagine if you will.

An emergency event occurs, the server is down, the company production is down, there is a temporary customer event requiring staffing at an offsite location. How do you communicate with your team? What system can be setup quickly to be able to enable your team communications while not requiring expensive infrastructure?

Typically during a emergency situation many different groups create a 'base' of operations where all have cell phones. Landlines are not available at emergency sites and intercommunication of the emergency response team is crippled and archaic at best. Running around the site or sites, calling one contact to get another contacts information and forget about sharing information or findings or resources.

Enter; a hybrid setup of 3CX |Instant Emergency Response System.

You team enters onsite
Powers on your 3CX server notebook, PoE switch and PoE access points
Distribute and Power up IP hardphone endpoints with wireless bridges
Full IP PBX ready and running enabling your team to communicate as efficiently as if they were sitting back in their office.
Without any wires to run, tie-down, step on or stumble over. ;)

I have my Instant Emergency Response system up and running.... it surely turns some heads on projects. Anyone have any questions or suggestions on how to make this system better let me know.
