3CX integrate Intercom CRM

Hi Team,

Good day and hope you are doing well.

I have no experience with Intercom CRM however a customer would like to integrate their Intercom to 3CX. Besides having a PRO license to enable CRM integration, is there a further cost or configuration needed to make it work? What is the usual use case for integrating 3CX and Intercom CRM? Thank you.
