3cx Integrate with Microsoft teams direct routing

Hello, 3CX Teams

Regarding to 3cx I have integrated with Microsoft teams, Goal to Make and received the call between Team and 3cx via local extension. now my problem is call from 3cx to team hear the voicemail, not ring to team user, But from team to 3cx work fine. so could you have any solution to check this issue ?

- Microsoft Teams Phone Standard
- Office 365 E1 (no Teams)

Regarding to 3CX Integrate with Microsoft 365, Have you ever to lost the M365 ?, I got new issue when I changed new public on 3cx Instance, mean when go to Integrate => M365 on 3cx Management console, it's show blank, as you can see below:



Do you know about this issue is from what? and how we can fix that rollback?

Hello 3CX Team,
Regarding to the 3CX integrate with Microsoft Team, we have issue with SIP connection not establish, (Inactive). but from firewall policy we have already allowed forward port 443, 5061, 5062 and RTP. show in this case could you have any solution to check on that? may you help to advice please?

For M365 case we have already resolved. but now we have issue between 3CX with MS Team Direct Routing. Mean SBC not active. may you help to advice ?
