3cx integration - stop contact form popup in webclient

We have a MSSQL CRM integration working fine.
The only annoying thing is that every time a call is answered, the webclient is trying to display the contact info from the CRM. Which will fail in our case because our CRM doesn't support that.
So I have in the webclient
Settings - Integration - set to OFF
but it still happening.
How do I stop that behavior?

If you're using the browser extension, it has its own settings for this.
