3CX integration with Bitrix24 - Call Pop-ups

Hello.

We have successfully implemented the 3CX integration with our Bitrix24 CRM. However, the Call Pop-ups (after adding the customer record, they are brought up automatically) from the Bitrix24 marketplace app don't seem to be working. Is there a way to implement call pop-ups outside the Marketplace extension?

Popup is done via the 3CX Webclient + server-side CRM integration.

You don't need to install any app from the Bitrix marketplace. Just follow this guide:
