Hello. We have successfully implemented the 3CX integration with our Bitrix24 CRM, however the following functions from the Bitrix24 marketplace app don't seem to be working:
Click to Call – Launch calls straight from the CRM application solved by using the web browser extension
Call Pop-ups – The customer record is brought up automatically
Call Journals – All calls are logged as call records in the CRM solved from the 3CX level
Is there a way to implement call pop-ups outside of the marketplace extension? or a way to retrieve the source code of the marketplace app? any solution/ideas gladly appreciated
