3CX integration with Cisco CME

Hello!

I have problem with integration 3CX with Cisco CME... How to make direct extension to extension calls from one PBX to the other? I create Generic SIP trunk, but have same problems:

when call from CME --> 3CX, 3CX extension ring, but on the side of CME I see unknow number and busy tone
3CX --> CME, call usually does not pass (CME it is not detected), and sometimes passes without problems

Hi @nikolar

If you wish to bridge that system with 3CX you will need to run some captures to see what messages are sent across and make the necessary adjustments. For the Cisco side you will have to see what they require and and and adjust the 3CX Outbound trunk parameters.

If you can make the cisco side to send the information in the correct fields you might be able to send calls through.

I don't see a way to set Bridge on CME... On CME I set a dial peer:

dial-peer voice 204 voip
description ### 3CX Extensions ###
destination-pattern 7..
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:10.15.1.17

no vad

This is log on 3CX when call from 3CX (ext 701) to CME (ext 953):
