3CX integration with Jobber CRM

[Doug Holcombe]

Hello,

Has anyone been able to integrate 3CX with Jobber https://getjobber.com/ ?
I just signed up with Jobber and now with our 3CX I want to integrate the two.
Maybe someone could help with this?

Thank you

Doug Holcombe

Hello @Doug Holcombe,

Not sure what kind of integration you're looking for. If they provide a REST API, then you can create a CRM integration following this guide:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/crm-integration/

This way, when you receive an inbound call, the 3CX CRM engine will lookup the contact details in your system.

Kind regards.
