3CX integration with ServiceNow

Hello,

I have a requirement to do the 3CX phone system integration with ServiceNow. However I'm unable to find the appropriate API to do so.
So can you please assist me in the same or provide any information which may help me to proceed further with my integration.
I would really appreciate if you help me out in this.

Thanks for a prompt response.
From ServiceNow I needed to make a call through 3CX, as the phone number is stored in the ServiceNow's table.
So to make this call, I needed to use REST API and so I'd needed 3CX API or it's information.

There is no REST API to make calls at the moment. We're working on it, and we hope to provide it shortly, but there is no ETA for it.

If this is a web based CRM, then you can try using the click to call extensions:
https://www.3cx.com/phone-system/click-to-call/

You can also launch the click to call URL in a new browser tab, so your agent makes the call using the Web Client. The URL looks like this:
https://YOUR_3CX_FQDN/webclient/#/call?phone=1234567890

So I will try using click to call extensions or may be with the help of URL.
