can anyone advise me why we get this issue After upgrading from V18 to V20. as we have to update the License for the System to start working again.

3CX is unable to find a suitable network adapter on this server to activate your license. Check you have an enabled network adapter and check your connection to the internet

i have check the following but not reachable

we are using the On-Prem solution that is running on windows for the movement.

@virajsl please note that the correct location of the 3CX activation server is: https://activate.3cx.com/ the thread you are referring to is an old one that is prior to 3CX updating the server location.
