3CX keeps having a problem of floating to unregistered and then back to registered

My 3CX keeps having a problem of floating to unregistered and then back to register. I am constantly receiving the notifiation emails in the below format.

From: 3cx@xxxxxxx <3cx@xxxxx>
Date: Thu, Oct 17, 2019 at 6:31 AM
Subject: The registration status of extension has been changed
To: xxxx@gmail.com <xxxx@gmail.com>

Extension 0003 is registered, contact: sip:[email protected]:5483
;rinstance=ab82f1ed69cd53b4
Source IP Address: 127.0.0.1

Extension 6666 is registered, contact:sip:[email protected]:5483;
rinstance=b5d2ab67e58bba71
Source IP Address: 127.0.0.1

The surprising fact is that I don't have extension 6666.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks in advance.
