3CX License Expired

We have a 64 simultaneous calls professional license for our 3CX setup which expired on 30th October 2020. Tp our shock, upon expiry it defaulted to a 4 simultaneous calls Standard license.

This is different from previous years where we had a 30 day grace period to renew the license. Please advice.

Also can I purchase a new 64 simultaneous calls Professional license instead renewing the same license. Your advise will be highly appreciated

Annual licenses do not have a grace period. You are emailed prior to expiration multiple times before it expired.

If I may ask, what type of 3CX license avails a 30 day grace period?

Perpetual licenses have a grace period, annual does not. And yes you can buy a new license and swap out the key. If you don't have a partner and are US based, we can help.

It doesnt expire, it reverts to the free license. You dont need a grace period because you can upgrade the license to the desired license size immediately without having to swap out any keys or do anything. Just requires payment.
