3CX license registration web gui issue

When I am going through the configuration for registering the 3cx license, at one point it asks for my default network adapter but the dropdown is empty. The PC has a network adapter because I am connecting to it through the network! Any ideas on what could cause this?

I don't know what the specific brand of network adapter it is, but it is obviously working since I am able to access the web gui from a different computer.

Nevermind. I used the CLI setup option and it just asked me for my local IP address instead of needing to select this.
