How do I know if my License is under Perpetual License or Annual License?

It is not perpetual, right? Can you have a screenshot on how it looks like in the management console if my license is Professional Perpetual?

just the word perpetual instead of annual

Its not perpetual. If it was you will clearly say the word "Perpetual" instead of "Annual"
