Hello, I'm having issues with 3Cx Live chat. I have a 3cx Pro subscription,
So I followed all the guides on the 3CX website, correctly: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/live-chat/ I managed to get the chat icon to show up on both Website, But i can't click on it to start chat testing.
This is what it looks like.
It's like grayed out, and when I move my mouse over the chat icon, my mouse icon turns into a red stop sign like the image down below. The same thing happens when I add the word press plugin, and tie back everything to the live chat URL. I even tried adding my website IP address to the whitelist, thinking that 3CX was blocking my websites. Still no fix. Can anyone please help me.
