Hello there,

First of all thank you for providing us with this amazing plugin and on top of that for free.
Also for spending time here helping and looking after this forum. It most be very time consuming.

Thank you!!!

I am a developer myself and have worked with very old PHP chat messenger apps such as Mibew back in the day.

I have a very nice Woocommerce rental theme, Ireca which has a 'sticky' bar that appears once the user starts scrolling down any given page and the main navbar is no longer visible. Here's a demo (http://demo.ovathemes.com/ireca/home-motorbike/).

The specific issue I have is that when using an iPhone X and scrolling down a page, the 'sticky' navbar should appear... but never does. I've already tried with both Safari and Google Chrome and had same results. Interestingly, when using Safari, if I switch mode to "show desktop version" it works perfectly while continue looking identical to the "mobile version". I also tried with an iPad and no problems there, the 'sticky' navbar works fine. It also works well on desktop, and also on all devices, including the iPhoneX preset when using the media query devices on Chrome's inspector. I imagine there most be an instance of the code that breaks the navbar, I am willing to bet it has to do with scrolling.

Next to your beautiful Live Chat I also have a Whatsapp plugin and that works without issues. Also worth mentioning, if I disable specific pages from using your 3CX Live Chat, they work fine on the iPhoneX.

By the way, I thoroughly tweaked your plugin, later reading through the posts here, I found that you did mention the infamous 'callus.js' file. I was happy to see that I found it on my own in no time.
Here's the link to our site if you want to take a look at it (it's in Spanish thou): www.arcodelinterior.com.ar

One last question, is there a way to access the live chat for agents that only have a subscriber profile without access to the Wordpress dashboard? That would be awesome.

Thank you and warm regards,
Tony Septien

Using the 3CX Version of Live Chat, means that agents can log in to a queue or create a click2talk link which can be used in Live Chat to receive chats without having to login to Wordpress at all. They will just need one of the 3CX Apps open to receive and respond to chats which is convenient.

Thank you for taking the time to reply and also sorry for the many repeated threads, I didn't realize they had to be approved and saw them disappearing one by one. (I was going crazy).

Using the 3CX Version of Live Chat

But the 3CX Version would not be hosted in our server and thus it would not include a "departments" section, would it?.

Also, in one of my repeated threads, I was asking you if you could please point me out to the code where I could change the "chatDelay"/"delayChat" time for "greetingOfflineMessage", "offlineNameMessage", "offlineEmailMessage", "offlineFormInvalidEmail", "offlineFormMaximumCharactersReached" and "offlineFormInvalidName" as well as the online automated messages in your callus.js file in order to add a couple of extra 2 seconds delay to the automated chats and thus, make the chat a bit more realistic. I did spend some time working and going through your obfuscated code over the weekend, love solving those, it's like a riddle!

I could see you included code for both apps, Live Chat and the Video Talk one.

The closest I got so far is this:
var a=e.length-1;a>=0;a--)(s=e[a])&&(o=(r<3?s(o):r>3?s(t,n,o):s(t,n))||o);
return r>3&&o&&Object.defineProperty(t,n,o),o};

I imagine that "3?s" is the 3 seconds delay? Thou this entry its repeated like 24 times.

Lastly, any ideas what could break my 'sticky' bar?

Thank you so much for the time and input,

Warmest regards
Tony

Hi @Pepois,

You could have multiple departments made by creating multiple queues and using our HTML code generator to paste the code to different pages, for example you can have a support page, a sales page and each chat could point towards a different queue or user.

Lastly, any ideas what could break my 'sticky' bar?
I'm afraid that I'm not sure what would break the sticky bar in your case for the iOS devices viewing your site on Chrome.
