We are wondering what happens with the possibility to active a perpetual license when the maintenance expires. Will that still be possible?

Hi @InfoLS

Perpetual license, with expired maintenance will allow you to activate a new installation but only on the same PBX version that the key corresponds to. Example: a 15.5SP6 key will not work with the V16 installer.

You will not be able to use 3CX-based FQDN and SMTP so you will have to provide your own solution for those components.

Thanks for your reply. As far as i know, the standard version doesn't allow the use of custom SMTP and FQDN, right?

Correct, it does not allow custom FQDN + SMTP
