Solved 3CX Management Console - Server Error

I was prompted to upgrade my system so I did a server backup, then proceeded with the upgraded. I assume the upgrade is complete? However I have no way to check and when I try to login I get a "server error". This servicer is hosted with 3cx, I am unsure how to SSH into the server or do any basic maintenance - this has never been an issue before so I never tried to find this information till now.

What is my best chores of action?

I can see that your system has successfully upgraded. You must have tried to login while the upgrade was still running.

Please confirm you're no longer getting that error.
