Solved 3CX Management Console - Server Error

Hello,
i am not able to login to the 3cx management console. it show an "Server Error" when we click on the login button.

We have deployed the 3cx on google cloud. can you please guide how we can fix this issue?

ssh to machine please and type " service 3CX* status " and also "service nginx status ".
Are these running ? Also your PBX is on v16 as I can see.
Did you run the update or not ?

i am not able to ssh to the machine also.it keeps trying to establish a connection to the machine when i open the ssh window.

From google console can you open serial connection and access the machine ?

To be honest if it was me and I had a backup of the pbx I would make a new machine and restore backup..
Until now pbx would be up..
Now if you want to tshoot this issue, up to you

If you have skipped rule no1 to do offsite backups for your system, now it’s a little bit difficult..
You will have to re-create it from scratch now.
