3CX MyPhone - Force the local install button to reappear ?

Hi,

I've had some grief with getting the MyPhone desktop application back after some problems. All I want is the "Install Locally on this computer" button to reappear

So far I have
- Uninstalled the program, which actually failed and just removed it from the installed programs list in Win7.
- Uninstalled the desktop integration components (successfully.)
- Deleted the URL from the Application Storage area in Silverlight
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Silverlight completely.

Still no button. Any ideas ?

Hi Michael,

Thanks, but no joy. Using IE9 I did it the old-fashioned way and also with the F12 Developer Tools. Tried Chrome as well, same story. The button just doesn't come up near the logout link in the web interface any more.

Thanks for helping me out there Michael, much appreciated

For anyone else having this issue, all you have to do is right-click anywhere in the MyPhone web portal window and select "Remove this application"...the install button will then re-appear and you can click it or right-click the web portal window again to install. Too easy
