3CX NFR License at version 16

Hi.. our primary NFR is 3CX Enterprise 8 SC version 16.. can this be updated to v20? Thank you. - Bill

You need to be on one of the later versions of 18…probably the last one is best.

Thank you, so I can just install V20 (using an upgrade link from 3cx) and use the v16 license number?

If you don’t need your existing data yes. Otherwise you have to backup, copy off the Zip file, uninstall old version, Install 18 restore the zip file and then do the same one more time for v20.

You need first to restore on the latest V18, check the V20 Prerequisites here and then move to V20.
