3CX on Azure - Full Cone nat

hi Guys,

We'll deploy our 3CX installation in Azure, we created a new Windows VM and installed the 3CX software with success (we don't use the pbx express..) ..
No we've an issue with the firewall checker, the checker fails as the Full cone nat isn't configured as expected.

As we don't have that much experience with Azure i've no idea on how to configure the 1:1 nat in Azure VM..

Can someone help me / point me out ?

Azure uses a basic TCP/UDP filter - is this what you are referring too ? if it is anything like the AWS one it should be fairly simple to configure these rules: https://cloudacademy.com/blog/aws-security-groups-instance-level-security/

Hi Steve
On Azure Portal, check if your Network security group is setup right... (see atached image)
