3cx on cloud, SBC(pi) and Polycom VVX 400 not working.

Hello, i have 3cx pbx on lightsail, i installed the SBC on a PI4 debian which is up an running in the siptrunks tab.

i have a remote office with a polycom vvx400. i copied and pasted the provisioning link, extension ID and password.
cannot make calls...

can anyone help?

Update: this is what i see under Activity Logs:

i don't even know where this ip is from as it is not my local IP(SBC)

So there's a couple problems.

One, you are using a Pi4 which isn't supported, but if you got it installed and it's showing in 3CX under trunks that's probably ok for now. Two, and what is most likely the issue is you didn't follow the guide for provisioning the phone:

You should only need to put the provisioning link in (or provide via DHCP Option 66.

i did put the provisioning link AND username and password in the polycom web interface. do i need to leave those blank and just put the provisioning link?
