3cx on exchange

I have a server with windows server 2003 installed.

It acts as: exchange server 2003, web server, dns server, dhcp server, domain controller, file server

Can I install 3cx system on that server or there are compatibility or port issues?

Are you refering to Win 2K3 SBS, if so you can install to it, there are some minor issues, I would recommend using the 3CX web server rather than IIS.
I am successfully running 3 installations on this operating system.

Have you had any issues with call quality due to other activity on the SBS? BAckups, Virus Scans, that sort of thing?

Personally I like the idea of a dedicated box, even a cheapo $300 PC, because if my server goes down, it's nice to have the phones up to call tech support

no, I dont mean the sbs. I have the server2003 installed, and the exchange 2003 intsalled on it.
Also IIs, dhcp, dns, and active directory services are enabled.
