Solved 3cx on Smartphones and IP Phones

I have a question regarding 3cx usage on smartphones and iphones in a warehouse environment.
The user have an ip phone and a smartphone. both are using 3cx.
1 - we need both (smartphone and ip phone) ring when he is receiving a call and he can answer on one of them. Is that possible?
2 - when he is not in the office (holiday or day off), the user don't want to receive call on the smartphone but only on the IP phone, How can this be achieved?

To answer your questions

1. Both devices will ring, if configured with the same extension.

2. You disable push notifications , so that the smartphone does not ring. The IP phone will still ring.
