Good morning, we have a problem with our install where after updating to Version 20 update 7 none of our lines work properly. We receive calls just fine but calling outwards we have a ton of issues.
First of is when we call a landline phone we get an double voice like echo effect. When we call mobile numbers we get a "busy here" prompt. The activity logs doesn't show any of these issues.
Like I said this worked perfectly before we upgraded to V20.7. We were previously on V20.6.
We have 3 SIP trunks all registered and are running the PBX on Debian. Can someone tell us would could be the issue?
