3CX - Passing Custom parameters to CRM

Hello Members,

We want to implement 3CX based IVR which could capture caller input and then pass the captured values to a CRM system. By default only CLID is passed. Can we pass custom values other than CLID ?

This can be done with VAD. This is a link with more information about VAD https://www.3cx.com/phone-system/call-flow-designer/. Make sure you have Pro license. I will be here to help you if you have any questions regarding VAD.
