Hello Team,
we have 3cx server On-Premise that was working fine from a year but from a last week, I am getting trouble, 3cx certificate goes automatically back dated hence all phones are unregistered and not able to login in management console as well. I restarted server then certificate become good. Every day I am facing this issue twice or thrice in a day.
Also due to that, scheduled reports email are not receiving. Please help to resolve this.
Attached screen shot for the error details.

So the certificate is a symptom, not the cause. Unless you are using TLS the certificate would have no role in registration. I'm guessing it's a VM and you have a timing issue.

Hi @MOS-Admin

cobaltit is probably right, unless you actually verified the certificate validity changed (which is probably not the case) then the clock of the machine is likely wrong.

The reason is because SSL certs rely on the server and client to have correct time, if it does match not you will receive such errors. What likely happens during the reboot, is that the time is synchronized again and it starts working. When the time drifts too far it it will stop working again.

Ok Thanks for the reply, I have not checked server timeing while issue.
I will check and let you know. Yes My server is AWS instance and the server is in PST timezone and client's IP phones are in IST
