3CX permanent conference room

Hello everybody
i would like to create an audio conference room so that it stays active for at least 6 months. Usually this closes after a period of time. Is there a tip or a solution?

The same dial-in data should always remain.

No it isnt, They're ad-hoc.

you can just use the same room number and PIN everytime you create it i suppose?

We normally handle this need by making a invite for 6 mos in the future. You can use it right away.

Yes, you can schedule an audio meeting from the webclient that is scheduled far into the future. It can be used right away

This may help with a customer that wants their 3cx pbx to "work like our old one". Could I schedule an audio conference 3 or more years in the future and use it off and on like an ad-hoc conf call. The part they don't like is having to be first in and activation of the conf call. Yes, they are being a bit picky but if I can make then happy without a lot of effort I will. Otherwise they will have to learn to live with it.
