3cx phone crashes on receiving chat message

We have a Windows 2012 R2 terminal server where the newest 3cx Phone for Windows is installed.
Everything is working fine, accept when receiving a chat message. Sending a chat message is working fine.

On receiving a chat message we get the message: 3CXPhone for Windows has stopped working.
I've tried to reïnstall but still the same behaviour.

The logs for the 3CXPhone for Windows app are located in %programdata%\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs\ .

Once this happens again, before opening it again, open the file again and look towards the end if there is any exception or error and post it here so we can have a look.
