3CX phone pops up

Hi all,

A customer of me has this problem:

She's typing a email and 3CX phone pops up with a call. This is really annoying when she is typing a email.
There's an option to disable focus of 3CX phone. When the option is selected then it still pops up..

I've tried reinstalling this 3CX phone but that didn't help.

I think under Preferences, behavior there is a "prevent answering pop-up from stealing focus" check box. maybe that is what you need
