3CX Phone system 10 - Outlook 2013

Hi,

We have a issue with a customer that is using 3CX phone system 10 and Outlook 2013.
When i install 3CX Myphone and 3CX outlook plugin it wont work.
The Outlook plugin keeps chrasing. :cry:

Is there a solution for 3CX phone system 10 and Outlook 2013 to work toghether so you can make a call out of your Outlook 2013 contacts?

Hi Stef,

Have you read the article http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/troubleshooting-outlook-crm/
This is for Troubleshooting plugin errors in Outlook 2010, not for 2013 but maybe it is useful.

As far as I know v10 does not support 2013.

Using Outlook 2013 is not gonna work with 3CX Phone sytem 10.
Need to upgrade 3CX phone system to version 12 to solve this problem. :evil:
