3cx phone system v 12 tunnel problem

i was had 3cx phone system v 8 and it is work good with tunnel for external 3cx phone client but after i install v 12 i face big problem in tunnel , when i connect external 3cx soft phone client it is not connect and i got this error from tunnel log

and i type tunnel password good and no way.

Hi there, if you will connect remotely to an extension with/without tunnel, ensure that in its properties / Options tab / "Disallow use of extension outside the LAN" is unticked, otherwise you will get such password errors.
