Hi,

We have a 3CX Phone System v14 running on a Windows 8.1 Pro VM. 2CPU/4GB Memory. Our phone system crashes randomly with the below application error. The Faulting module is always ntdll.dll.

Has anyone faced similar issues or aware of a fix? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried reinstalling 3CX?
You could also try running sfc/scannow from a elevated command prompt to replace any corrupt system files.

There are a lot of programs that use ntdll.dll , it may have become corrupt or you may have a virus.

You can try reregistering the dll file. Also in doing a search for ntdll.dll errors, you'll find several programs that corrupt the dll file such as HDD's Free Hex Editor.
