3CX Phone using CallTo Protocol

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has figured out a way to associate 3CX Phone with the Call To: Protocol. I followed the instructions here http://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/tel-protocol-3cxphone/for the tel protocol and it works great, but the call to protocol does not work.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

3CXPhone only associates with the TEL protocol not the CALLTO.
