3CX PhoneSystem Stoped

I don't know what happened,because it never before.
1. 3CX Phone system failed(windows event show application failed) and 3CX Phone System service just stopped.
2. If call more than 40 call concurrent 3CX assistant client event just not update. etc call answer but show available,Call ringing show available and no popup

Remark :
before it work 20 agent,but! now not work 60 agents.

This can be sooo many different things that without more info you wont get much help here. First off whats the specifics on your install, which version of 3cx do you have, specs on teh server, concurrent calls. post a server log wire shark log replicating the issue. Start with those items and what exactly your noticing if anything out of the ordinary other than callls dropping. Also are you using Abyss/IIS???
