Hi,

We are using 3cx Linux 15.5 sp6. I enabled PMS Integration, Mitel SX2000 with port 16374. But i cannot telnet this port and get connection. Our PMS vendor emphasis that this port has to be open to make the system work.

i checked the netstat and the port is listening but it cannot be telnet. Is there way to make it work?

Documentation does not go into great detail in regards to the actual functionality of the Mitel PMS protocol with 3CX: https://www.3cx.com/docs/pms-integration/

However it is Mitels protocol so could probably understand this.

Are you referring to being open on the 3CX server itself ? if so take a look here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration/

What I have always done in the case of PMS integration is contact your PMS integrator and provide them details of how the protocol should work with 3CX: https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-pms-protocol/

Hi Eddv123

Thank you so much it works!

Our PMS vendor also mentioned about CDR port 6000 which has to be telnet. But i dont see such port in listening status. Do you happen to know if such port is necessary for PMS to work ?

Glad to see the issue has been resolved.
