Solved 3CX Pro / Debian / own domain SSL cert expired

Hi
We've a licensed 3CX Pro running on our own server and with own domainname and SSL certificate.
However, the certificate expired and I see no way to access Debain (SSH as root doesn't allow connection).
How do I install the new key and crt files on this server? I do have them in hand but can't simply copy/upload them as there is no terminal access at all.

solved.... my root password was from an old server.
with the right one I could access over SSH, install cert and key and all up and running
-feeling stupid--
