3cx push instructions are wrong

Been struggling to get this to work which it hasnt to date. I'm not sure if its because the 3cx docs do not match google. Specifically

http://www.3cx.com/docs/configuring-google-push/ step 5 note the quota in the 3cx screenshot below

in reality this does not exist in google per shot below

In addition step 6 is also wrong as there is no project ID number only letters.

Is this what is causing the android push to be broken and not working ?

any help appreciated.
