That's correct. For keys that have existed for at least 12 months you need an SC upgrade in the order to get the 25% discount and if you combine that SC upgrade with an additional 3-year or more renewal then you bump it up to a 30% discount

This offer also applies to upgrades from 4SC Free Basic, as well as trial and POC conversions. Yes, the licenses mentioned are trial keys, therefore, converting them to commercial is understood as a NEW license.
New customers or existing users purchasing additional licenses (minimum 8SC) can benefit from:

10% discount on 1-year licenses
15% discount on 2-year licenses
20% discount on 3-year licenses

what about commercial Key of 4SC PRO and upgrade to 8 SC PRO with 1 Year renewal ? You are mentioning an existing commercial 4SC PRO upgrading to 8SC, not a NEW key.
how much discount eligible for this upgrade + renewal ? In this case no discount applies.

Existing customers upgrading their systems to 16 Simultaneous Calls (16SC) or higher are eligible for:

25% discount on SC upgrades
30% discount on SC upgrades combined with 3+ year renewals

Hi, I think I wrote the sentence incorrectly . I'm not getting a discount on my 16SC key when renewing it for 3 years or when upgrading to a 24SC key.

Hi Murat,

The discount will apply when you upgrade and renew an existing key.
So if you have a 16SC and you purchase an upgrade to 24SC for 3+ years, you and your customer will get:

• 25% discount on the upgrade (customer discount)
• 30% on the 3+ year renewal (customer discount)
• Your X% partner margin (partner margin)

We are a high school, can you please give an example of pricing discounts if we have an existing 16+ Enterprise and need to upgrade to equivalent 32+ SC to meet the new extension limits (even though our SC count never goes above 8)?

I am trying to find the option to upgrade to Enterprise Plus, but it is completely missing from my portal—even if I'm not trying to apply a discount.

I understand there were edition changes recently, but as a current 16SC Enterprise (AI Edition) user, I no longer see any path to 'Plus' or higher tiers in the subscription area.

You don't really need Enterprise Plus any longer. With update 9 you can use Grok and its cheaper than the Plus edition we had.
