Q2 Promotions

These promotions provide a clear opportunity to align 3CX deployments with Fair Usage guidelines, scale systems to the appropriate level and unlock long-term value through multi-year agreements.

1. Discounts on Upgrades & Renewals (16SC+)

Customers upgrading their systems to 16 Simultaneous Calls (16SC) or higher and aligning with the Fair Usage Policy are eligible for:

  • 25% discount on SC upgrades
  • 30% discount on SC upgrades combined with 3+ year renewals

These discounts apply to both the upgrade and the associated renewal on keys purchased at least 12 months prior making this an ideal opportunity to scale systems and secure long-term pricing.

2. Discounts on New Licenses (8SC+)

New customers or existing users purchasing additional licenses (minimum 8SC) can benefit from:

  • 10% discount on 1-year licenses
  • 15% discount on 2-year licenses
  • 20% discount on 3-year licenses

This offer also applies to upgrades from 4SC Free Basic, as well as trial and POC conversions.

3. Additional Discounts for the Education Sector (16SC+)

Organizations in the education sector benefit from stacked discounts, combining existing education pricing with Q2 promotional offers.

Education sector benefits include:

    • 20% standard education discount (continues to apply)
    • Eligibility from 16SC (reduced threshold from the previous 32SC)
      • 25% discount on SC upgrades
      • 30% discount on upgrades with 3+ year renewals

Education customers can also take advantage of the new license discounts outlined above.

This creates one of the most compelling offers for schools, colleges and universities looking to modernize their communications infrastructure while controlling long-term costs.

Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for Q2 promotions:

  • Systems must align with the current Fair Usage Policy
  • Minimum license requirements apply:
    • 16SC+ for upgrade promotions. The key must have been purchased at least 12 months prior.
    • 8SC+ for new licenses
    • Orders must be placed and processed within Q2 2026
    • Offers expire 30 June 2026 (no extensions)

Additional requirements for the education sector:

  • Licenses must be registered under the educational institution’s domain
  • The institution must be listed as the System Owner
  • Partner quotes must clearly show:
    • Standard end-user pricing
    • Discount applied
    • Final customer price

How to Claim your Discounts

All upgrade, renewal and new license discounts (excluding 3CX Hosting) are automatically applied at checkout in the 3CX Portal.
