3CX Recordings and Synology

I am trying to get 3cx version 15.5 to use a network share on a Synology NAS for call recording. I can see the server access the shared folder however calls are not being recorded and saved to the folder. Has anyone had any experience with this type of setup?

Only really with rsync:

I have used Synology in the past however and they are pretty good NAS boxes.

Call recordings can only use local hard drives of the server - no network drives

If you want to store call recording , use batch files to copy files to the nas. If you do this you may want to delete recordings on the 3CX after a certain time period

If you are using the windows version of 3CX and the NAS supports iSCSI, you could send the recordings to the NAS that way. iSCSI is viewed as a local drive to Windows.

Exactly, this is possible.

I know of partners also who are doing this.
