does anyone know what ports are used for 3cx remote control? We have been having an issue where remote control is only working 1 way even when both users are presenters. We both have the same version of chrome, same version of windows, both disabled windows firewall and any anti virus, tried both devices on the same network.
Laptop 1 is my laptop
Laptop 2 is a customer laptop
Laptop 3 is a customers brand new laptop fresh out the box
Laptop 1 can control laptop 2 and 3, however laptop 2 and 3 cannot control each other or laptop 1
Any Ideas?
