Hello, just to check on this kind of report. As we creating report, User activity day by day per month.
This is for July for 3 of extension. total Answered Calls if added is 13538
this is a Extension Statistics Report for the 3 same extension for the same month. but the total Answered Call is 13539.
What is the difference of this two reports? as from what i understand they should tally in terms of total calls.
